Description: The Catalina Mart CSR is the principle customer contact at Catalina Mart. A friendly, energetic, respectful, and courteous attitude is a must. Attitude and a willingness to learn and be part of our team is more important than experience. All employees must agree to a pre-employment drug screen. CSR’s regularly sell alcohol and cigarettes, and must at all times be aware of the Arizona laws for selling those products, and agree to abide by them. Experience Required:
Abilities Needed: Some retail experience helpful but not required. Must be 19 years old at locations where alcohol is sold. Some light lifting required (40 lbs). Must walk at a steady pace, and be able to stand for long periods. Shifts range from 4 to 10 hours per day. Some arithmetic skills required. Must present a friendly respectful attitude to customers and co-workers. CSR’s will also stock shelves and clean the store including restrooms and the fueling islands. Must be able to communicate verbally in English with customers. |

Description: The Catalina Mart Assistant Manager is the principle Store Manager training position at Catalina Mart. A friendly, energetic, respectful, and courteous attitude is a must. Attitude and a willingness to learn and be part of our team is a key requirement. All employees must agree to a pre-employment drug screen. Assistant managers regularly sell alcohol and cigarettes, and must at all times be aware of the Arizona laws for selling those products, and agree to abide by them. Assistant managers will at times train new employees in Catalina mart policy and procedures including the policy and procedures related to the sales of alcohol and tobacco. Must be able to perform Store Manager duties during 2nd shift, on weekends, and as vacation relief.
